Side one talks about the advantages of using electronic voting. Computer voting able to assit with more problems than using paper ballot. It allows for more people to vote with out the hassle.
Side two talks about the the flaws in using electronic voting. The main problem that people are worry about is the ability of the hackers, or the programmer to manipulate the vote. The also think that a paper trial should be use to track votes.

2. Two advantages are the disable are allowed to vote more easily, and less voting error is likely to occur. Two disadvantages are votes could be hacked and it is hard to trace votes. The problems could greatly effect the outcome of the vote.
